6-month MiniMBA for EU Funds
with the possibility to earn a MBA 1 level degree of leading Italian Telematic University

PROGRAM DURATION & STRUCTURE
This MiniMBA is a FastTrack program developed by IAR in collaboration with Campus Citta’ del Sapere and a team of leading experts of project management for EU funds, supervised by Prof. Antonio D’Amico. It takes 6 months and requires a mix of face-to-face and online modules.
At the end of the MiniMBA program all participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance and the authors of the best 3 final projects will be coached by our experts in the EU funds procurement process.
Students who want to continue their studies and earn a MBA 1st level degree must successfully pass all the examinations of the MiniMBA and then complete second phase modules on the e.learning platform of a leading Italian Telematic University, according to the following scheme of studies:
IAR MiniMBA Session 1 - October/December: Financial Mgmt, Business Mgmt, Financial Markets and institutions + online Course of Project Mgmt and EU funds
IAR MiniMBA Session 2 - January/April: Marketing, Economics, HR, Motivation & Teamwork
MBA Session 3 - May/July: Having successfully completed all the exams of the MiniMBA, students who want to earn the final MBA 1st level degree (60 ECTS credits) of eCampus University, will complete online: Accounting, Business Planning, Change Mgmt, Business Law
MBA Session 4 - September/November: Auditing, Management Accounting, Strategic Management, Final Exam
CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MGMT FOR EU FUNDS
Following the MOU signed with ISIPM (the Italian Institute of Project Management, Registered Education Provider of PMI) you can decide to take and complete only the course of Project Management for EU funds, coordinated and taught by Prof. Antonio D’Amico, and be awarded, upon successful completion of required examinations, a Certificate testifying your skills and competences as Project Manager for EU funds, basic or advanced level.
With this course you will have the possibility to:
learn project management techniques and understand how to use support software tools and how to comply with UNI ISO 21500 guidelines;
learn how to successfully apply for EU direct and indirect funds, and implement a grant, once obtained;
understand how to work in international teams, build consensus and acquire cross cultural communication and decision making skills;
with the advanced level Certificate, be listed as a professional Project Manager member of ISIPM Professioni (the Italian Association of professional Project Managers recognized by the Ministry of Economic Development by law n.4/2013).
The Certificate in Project Management for EU funds, basic level is 24h, divided in 12 classes, twice a week or 4h on saturdays for 6 weeks.
Contents: Project Management principles and methodologies; Project design; EU Institutions; the lobby strategy; Fund Raising approach.
The Certificate in Project Management for EU funds, advanced level is 24h, divided in 12 classes, twice a week or 4h on saturdays for 6 weeks.
Contents: EU regulations for technical and financial project Management; Project Financing; Project Audit; Case study and simulations.
Enrollment Fee: Eur 500 to be paid by bank transfer when you send your Application for the MINI-MBA. Not required if you apply to the Certificate in Project Management for EU funds.
MiniMBA for EU Funds Fee: Eur 5000
MBA Fee: Eur 5000, to be paid upon successful completion of all MiniMBA examinations required at the end of Phase 1 (6 months)
Certificate in Project Management for EU funds Basic level Overall Fee: Euro 850, which includes ISIPM membership fee, final exam fee for the award of the Basic-LEVEL ISIPM Qualification (does not include resit fee in case of failure), handouts (not books).
Certificate in Project Management for EU funds Advanced level Fee: Euro 1150, which includes ISIPM membership fee, final exam fee for the award of the Advanced-LEVEL ISIPM Qualification (does not include resit fee in case of failure), handouts (not books). In order to attend this program and take the final exam candidates must have successfully completed the ISIPM basic level or similar qualifications, such as ePMQ, CAPM®, PMI® or IPMA Level D®.
